Our Own Plant, Under Construction
Stancor Aerospace supplies under its own brand today, with material made or processed to our technical datasheet at qualified partner mills in India and China. That is a deliberate phase, not a permanent position — our own processing and testing facility is being built, and each product family moves in house only once the line is proven against the same datasheet the partner mills work to.

Civil Works
To be confirmed — Shed, foundations and utility blocks under construction for the cutting, heat treatment and inspection bays.
Heat Treatment & Testing Line
To be confirmed — Vacuum and atmosphere furnaces with AMS 2750 compliant pyrometry, plus the mechanical testing, PMI and penetrant inspection laboratory.
Plant & Machinery
To be confirmed — Main production line, handling and testing equipment ordered and installed.
Trial Production
To be confirmed — First heats run against our own datasheets, with process capability established before any order is accepted.
Approvals & Audits
To be confirmed — ISO 9001 certification and customer and third-party audits of the new facility.
Commercial Production
To be confirmed — Lines transferred in house one product family at a time; OEM partners continue to cover the rest until each is proven.
