Sawn, waterjet and abrasive cut blanks marked with part number, heat and lot, kitted by assembly.

A machine shop pays for metal it does not cut, and loses traceability the moment a blank is separated from its tag. We cut plate to size or to the customer's nest, saw bar and tube to length with the agreed machining allowance, and mark every piece with the part number, heat and lot so each blank can be verified at the machine. For repeat programmes we hold call-off stock in the ordered condition.
