The challenge
The customer needed Inconel 718 bar supplied solution treated for rough machining and aged after that arrived to the ordered specification and size, on the build or shutdown slot, and fully traceable to a heat number — with the test records attached rather than promised.
What we did
We released Call-off stock of Inconel 718 in 40 mm to 220 mm diameter, inspected before despatch, marked with the heat and part reference, and shipped against the programme with EN 10204 3.1 certification traceable to the heat and lot, with heat treatment records and the ordered test and inspection reports in one document pack.
