Stancor Aerospace supplied Inconel 625 in 1.0 mm to 6.0 mm for Inconel 625 sheet and tube for exhaust ducting, liners and bellows repair in India, released against EN 10204 3.1 certification traceable to the heat and lot, with heat treatment records.
The challenge
The customer needed Inconel 625 sheet and tube for exhaust ducting, liners and bellows repair that arrived to the ordered specification and size, on the build or shutdown slot, and fully traceable to a heat number — with the test records attached rather than promised.
What we did
We released Per release of Inconel 625 in 1.0 mm to 6.0 mm, inspected before despatch, marked with the heat and part reference, and shipped against the programme with EN 10204 3.1 certification traceable to the heat and lot, with heat treatment records and the ordered test and inspection reports in one document pack.
