Overview
Stancor Aerospace supplied Aluminium 2024 / 7075 / 7050 in 12 mm to 80 mm thick for 7075-T651 and 2024-T351 plate cut to blank size for machined structural fittings in India, released against EN 10204 3.1 certification traceable to the heat and lot, with heat treatment records.
The challenge
The customer needed 7075-T651 and 2024-T351 plate cut to blank size for machined structural fittings that arrived to the ordered specification and size, on the build or shutdown slot, and fully traceable to a heat number — with the test records attached rather than promised.
What we did
We released Per release of Aluminium 2024 / 7075 / 7050 in 12 mm to 80 mm thick, inspected before despatch, marked with the heat and part reference, and shipped against the programme with EN 10204 3.1 certification traceable to the heat and lot, with heat treatment records and the ordered test and inspection reports in one document pack.
