Overview
Stancor Aerospace supplied Titanium 6Al-4V (Grade 5) in 20 mm to 120 mm for Ti-6Al-4V plate and bar blanks for high load lugs and bulkhead fittings in India, released against EN 10204 3.1 certification traceable to the heat and lot, with heat treatment records.
The challenge
The customer needed Ti-6Al-4V plate and bar blanks for high load lugs and bulkhead fittings that arrived to the ordered specification and size, on the build or shutdown slot, and fully traceable to a heat number — with the test records attached rather than promised.
What we did
We released Per release of Titanium 6Al-4V (Grade 5) in 20 mm to 120 mm, inspected before despatch, marked with the heat and part reference, and shipped against the programme with EN 10204 3.1 certification traceable to the heat and lot, with heat treatment records and the ordered test and inspection reports in one document pack.
